03
What you receive
Topics and formats with substance.
Expertise, insights and concrete answers are the starting point. Channels and production scope are selected deliberately.
01
A content plan grounded in your business
Offers, customer questions, projects and specialist insights provide the foundation. Topics have a purpose and suitable format, rather than simply filling a post quota.
02
Production and approval
We agree who creates copy, images and video, what information your team provides and who approves content. This keeps claims accurate and production manageable.
03
Publishing and review
Within the agreed scope, we support publishing and review. Reach and engagement are linked to the intended purpose. Community replies, escalations and paid ads require explicit ownership.
04
Step by step
A process that works day to day.
Planning → production → approval → publishing and review. Community management and paid ads are scoped separately.
01
Plan the topics
Agree communication goals, audience questions and available content.
02
Produce content
Develop copy and formats within the agreed scope.
03
Approve together
Consolidate feedback and coordinate publication with the owners.
04
Learn and adapt
Assess responses against the communication goal and refine topics.
05
Make an informed decision
Reach is an intermediate metric.
Engagement shows reactions to content. Its contribution to visits, enquiries or retention needs separate evaluation.
01
Reach and engagement
Indicate distribution and attention. They help compare topics and formats, but do not establish revenue or enquiry quality.
02
Visits and business outcomes
Relevant visits, confirmed enquiries or purchases can add business context. Consent, attribution and longer decision journeys limit measurement.
06
Scope & cost
Scope, requirements and cost.
Channels, formats, production effort, languages and approval processes determine support. Community management, on-site production and paid campaigns must be scoped explicitly. Media spend is separate from ongoing agency work.
01
What we need to get started.
Access to agreed profiles, specialist information and an approval contact are needed. Usage rights for images and client examples must be established.
07
Good to know
What to know before starting.
Together we define the assignment and document responsibilities.
Do we need to be active on every network?
No. Selection follows the audience, purpose and realistic production capacity. A few relevant channels with useful content can be a better starting point.
Are paid ads included?
Organic management and paid campaigns are different tasks. If paid ads are included, campaign work, creatives, landing pages and media spend are described separately.
How is value assessed?
We first agree the purpose, such as explaining an offer, demonstrating expertise or generating relevant visits. Reach and engagement are intermediate measures. Enquiries and sales are attributed only where the available evidence supports it.
