We name a responsible contact. Feedback is versioned and consolidated so comments do not accidentally refer to different drafts.
What happens when requirements change?

What access do you need?
Only access needed for the agreed task. Systems and permissions are defined together. Credentials are shared through an appropriate secure process.
How does handover work?
