What we do
We agree qualification criteria and bring available CRM feedback into reporting, making gaps and next decisions visible.
02
What we can do for you
What we set up for your measurement.
You need traceable data for decisions. We plan, connect and verify measurement of your key enquiry and purchase journeys.
Goals & measurement plan
We define which actions matter, how they are counted and which decisions they support.
Forms & bookings
We distinguish clicks, form starts and confirmed enquiries or appointments, and verify each event.
Ecommerce tracking
We track the agreed steps from product to order and check that values are passed correctly.
Attribute campaigns
We standardise campaign tagging and review which sources contribute to recorded enquiries or purchases.
Connect sales & CRM
Where the technical setup supports it, we connect enquiry and sales data to better assess lead quality.
Check data quality
We check duplicate events, missing values and consent states, and document measurement limitations.
We agree the priorities and scope based on your starting point.
03
What you receive
What we check and configure.
Events, forms, bookings and campaign attribution. A CRM handover is specified separately when needed.
01
A measurement plan with clear definitions
We define the business goal, event, data source and the decision it should inform. A form start and an enquiry confirmed by the backend are separate events.
02
Implementation and verification
We implement the agreed measurement and check successful, failed and repeated actions. Form messages, email addresses and other personal free text do not belong in analytics events.
03
Documentation and ongoing checks
You receive event definitions and interpretation guidance. With ongoing support, we review agreed measurement points after changes to the website, forms or integrations.
04
Step by step
Verify before numbers guide decisions.
Inventory → measurement plan → setup → verification. Failure states and duplicate events are included in acceptance checks.
01
Review the setup
Inventory systems, events and existing gaps.
02
Define measurement
Connect business goals with confirmed events and data sources.
03
Implement
Implement agreed events and handoffs in the existing system.
04
Verify quality
Check success and error states, duplicates and consent states.
05
What you receive
What data shows — and what it cannot.
Consent, technical gaps and attribution limit interpretation. We document these limits rather than pretending the data is complete.
01
A number needs a definition
A click, a confirmed enquiry and a qualified contact are different events. We document triggers, sources and reporting periods so reports answer the same question.
02
Make gaps visible
Consent choices, device changes and technical failures can limit data. Discrepancies are investigated; missing data is not treated as missing demand.
03
Attribution is not proof of impact
An attributed channel describes a measured touchpoint. Whether an activity generates additional enquiries requires a suitable investigation. We keep these questions separate.
06
Scope & cost
Scope, requirements and cost.
Scope and cost depend on the site or store, existing setup, required events and connected systems. A single form journey differs substantially from a multilingual website with booking, ecommerce and CRM. Setup and ongoing quality checks are described separately.
01
What we need to get started.
Relevant system access, a business definition of successful enquiries or purchases and an agreed consent approach are needed. Data gaps are documented rather than claiming complete measurement.
07
Good to know
What to know before starting.
Clear responsibilities and a suitable scope make collaboration easier.
Can we keep our existing tracking?
Yes. We first review existing events, triggers and data quality. Working components can stay. Duplicate or ambiguously defined events are corrected.
Can CRM lead quality be included?
Where integrations, permissions and internal processes allow it, later qualification can inform reporting. We first clarify status definitions, responsibilities and the data required.
Does implementation replace a legal review?
No. We implement the agreed technical measurement and consent logic. Legal requirements and approved wording are coordinated with those responsible for them.
